These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Word Rush (the "game"). By playing the game or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
Playing the game
The Word Rush is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may play as a guest or create an account to save your progress. You agree to play fairly and not to cheat, exploit bugs, use automated tools or scripts to play, or otherwise manipulate scores or leaderboards.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and you must be at least 13 years old. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Intellectual property
The game, including its design, code, artwork, and word lists, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the game without permission. Your own gameplay results (such as scores you share) remain yours.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the game to harass other players, send spam, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the game or other accounts, or use the game in any way that violates applicable law.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, or discontinue any part of the game at any time, including daily challenges and features. We aim to keep the game available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Disclaimer and liability
The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. Our total liability for any claim related to the game is limited to the amount you paid us to use it (which is $0, as the game is free).
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the game if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the game at any time.
Changes to these Terms
If we update these Terms, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the game after changes means you accept them.
